Our former can withstand the sudden change of temperature from 180°C to 210°C and quench it down to room temperature without a sign of failing.

Made from high-quality ceramic materials, the formers offer excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, effectively preventing chemical corrosion, prolonging their lifespan, and reducing replacement costs.

Mechanical Strength

The formers feature a high-strength structure that can withstand frequent mechanical operations during production, including vertical movement, dipping, baking, and cleaning, ensuring stable performance in high-load environments.

Material Compounding

In-house material compounding with continuous optimization of the formulation was initiated by the advancement of our customers' process. We sourced high-quality raw materials from global material houses, ensuring high quality and consistency in supply.

Surface Coating
